All bookings require a non-refundable deposit. Your deposit can be moved once if you reschedule with at least 72 hours notice. Please type "Yes" into the provided field to denote that you have read and understand.

Our artists will only tattoo within their abilities. Their styles and talents are demonstrated in their portfolios. Please review their portfolio before submitting your request. Please type "Yes" in the provided field once you have looked through your preferred artist's portfolio.

"I understand the artist will be creating a custom design based on the ideas/concepts that I've submitted. I agree to allow the artist creative freedom." Please type your initials into the field provided to agree.

"I understand that the artist's design is subjective. If I do not like the design, minor changes can be made on the day of the appointment at the artist's discretion. Major revisions or a complete design change will require a new appointment with a new deposit." Please type your initials into the field provided to agree.

"I understand some artists prefer not to tattoo certain areas of the body including but not limited to faces, hands, toes, ears, or genitalia." Please type your initials in the field provided to agree.

"I understand the artist has the right to refuse service to anyone if they violate any studio policy or state law, come without proper ID, are intoxicated, or engage in disruptive behavior. We do not tattoo anyone pregnant or breastfeeding. We do not tattoo minors." Please type your initials into the field provided to agree.

"I acknowledge that due to the volume of requests that not all inquiries will be accepted for booking. If I am not chosen for booking, I am welcome to choose another artist at the studio to discuss my concept with." Please type your initials into the provided field to agree.
